Unauthorized Payments to Microsoft Corporation

Someone made a charge on my account to Microsoft for $13 2 times 

i open on one of the cases in resolution center and it got denied 

anyone else exprinced this? 

why would paypal/microsoft charge me 2 times without even asking ....

anything to do or money is gone ? 

i think i would quit using paypal after this .
