I sold an item and by mistake I did not update my PayPay account with my current email. I have since updated my account but the money that was sent through PayPal to me still shows "Awaiting Payment". The customer sent the money but since I had a email address that does not exsist anymore I never got paid. The customer wants to help but I'm not sure what to do. The customer says the payment he sent still shows as "Unclaimed" on his end. Please help

Have you added AND re-confirmed that old email addy back on to your paypal account?
