Transfer to Capital One 360

I confirmed a Capital One 360 savings, and transferred funds from PayPal to that account on 3/1/2017.  When should I expect those funds to reach my 360 savings account?

Following this thread. Would love to know if the 3-5 business day time frame was correct as I'm currently waiting on funds I transferred on Tuesday.
