Can I transfer money from my PayPal account to my account in a Canadian bank?
no.
OK not the answer I wanted but it was a very clear and prompt reply - one cannot transfer from PayPal to a foreign bank.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
