Hello,
I recently created a Wordpress (woocommerce) shop it's still on production, that been said i entered my credentials and linked them with Braintree (Credit Card) i tested the payment and it was a success, and i received the money in the Braintree paypal account.
However, i'd like to transfer the money from the portal of Braintree paypal (www.braintreepayments.com) to my casual Paypal (paypal.com).
I was wondering why the money is only showing at Braintree and not here in paypal.com ? Could someone please help or explain to me the reason behind this ? That would be much appreciated !
