What is the best way to accept a payment via paypal and know it's legit? I'm trying to sell airline tickets on Craigslist, I have a buyer and he gave me his email, I was going to send him a request to pay but need to know is there anyway this money would not make it to my bank account with me initiating the transaction? I'm just very leery of accepting a payment through paypal? When do I know the money is actually in there and/or can the buyer pull out?
