I'm new to PayPal, have a question. I am selling a car on Craig's list, buyer asked if I have PayPal account, I said yes. He asked for email, so I gave it. As sale pursued I felt it was fraud, so I stopped conversing with buyer. My question is, can buyer access my PayPal acct and cause me any financial harm only with my email address attached to my PayPal acct hope this isn't stupid question, concerned.
