Security flaw - changing passwords does not help - contact the feds

Last week PayPal stated remembering my credentials when payig for items.

I called customer service,  they did not believe me and put me in hold for hours.

After deleting browsig history from each device, and changing password it still remembers me.

Needless to say this is dangerous.

Do you mean your password is remembered when you log in? Instead of you having to put it in manually?
