Why does the upload have to be 5MB?
I have my SSN, i have my Photo ID, and i have my current address. The thing is that i had to take a picture of my SSN and ID then email it to me then save the pictures, and for my current address i took a snapshot of an online reciept. None of them reach the requirements even though i have everything.
What do i really need to do? because it's honestly starting to make me upset. Paypal is limiting me one thing, adding money to account, but thats actually the one thing i need right now. All i want to know is what is the right way to do this?
