I bought an item on eBay which ended up being fake. I filed a claim and the seller offered a partial refund of $470. In my PayPal activity it says that my money will be refunded to my PayPal balance by today, December 6th, 2017 and here we are at 1:20 pm but there's still no refund! Can anybody help me with this problem.
