Refund not added to my total balance

Hello,

I would kindly appreciate a word of comment on my issue: I have received a refund after a failed transaction and the refunded sum is clearly visible in the account history, but this refund does not seem to be counted in into my overall account balance. My paypal account shows 0USD, as if paypal was ignoring the sum refunded. I already carried out one transaction using my paypal and my debit card was charged without including the refund.

Neither am I able to withdraw the sum refunded.

Could someone please explain to me what the issue here is?

Hello, It has sorted itself out - apparently it takes several days for a refund to be automatically transfered by PayPal to your bank account. Hope it helps. Cheers, AndrewSz
