Refund back to Debit card

My original order was purchased with PayPal that has my debit card linked to it. I had to get a partial refund on my order and PayPal has the amount in my “Money In” tab and it says “refunded” with the amount refunded above it but I don’t see the money in my bank account. Is my money going to stay in my PayPal account or will it go to my debit card automatically? How long does it take to see my money back on my card if so?

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).
