A customer has skipped their payments 4 times, for goods received. What can be done to recover the money. Will PayPal offer any protection or will I need to escalate via cout proceedings.

The idea on paypal is that you are paid first before you send items.
If you are providing an 'instalment plan' for your buyers then paypal can't force a buyer to pay you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thanks, though a PayPal informed me at set up, that I could send goods as soon as thr first payment was received. Really poor follow up from them

PayPal, need to have cleared policies on this, and make the policy clear. I was told, on the phone not to worry, they had methods in place to recover money. No risk, where there clearly is
