Recurring Payments

I cannot find how to make my transaction a recurring one.  Please help!  Thanks.

That's not something you can do unless you are a seller with a PayPal Business account.  You can setup Subscriptions and Recurring Payments for your customers and can choose how often your customers are automatically billed (in days, weeks, months, or years).
