I recently want to send a money to a relative in the US but mistakenly sent it via Paypal.me. Let's say I sent her $2000 but she only got around $1920. 4-5% goes to Paypal. If I asked my relative to issue a refund will the full amount of $2000 be credited back to my wallet or just the amount she received which is $1920. Thanks.
