I make a preapproved/recurring payment to Jigsaw Trading every month. In the past payment has always been made on the 17th of each month. Now for some reason July's payment is scheduled to occur on the 22nd (I've done nothing on my end). I need to change this so they don't cancel/suspend my account for their trading service. How can I do this?
I've been in contact with them and they indicated that after 5 days they would shut down the service they provide until payment is made.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
