A withdrawal payment made "instantly" on January 26th and had been Pending ever since. WEEKS!!!!! And I have called and emailed dozens of times. They asked me not to call back about the issue that there is nothing they can do and have no timeframe on when I will get my money. Than the next day my account was limited and they asked to see id. Which I sent that minute and it has been over a week now and the.money is still missing and the limitation.has everything in my account locked. Is this a joke or am.i honestly being robbed with nothing to do. They will not respond to my.emails and I'm.put on hold when I call... Yesterday was on hold for 8hours. HELP
