Paypal is suddenly asking to add a credit card on checkout from Facebook?

I have paypal account and added a visa card and it is varified also.

when i am trying to add my paypal account for Facebook payments, after login, Paypal is suddenly asking to add a credit card

on checkout again and even if i add the same card again nothing happening.

Please help
