I'm not sure if this is an issue with anyone else but I don't think that paypal needs to hold OUR MONEY 21 days before we receive it on our account. Packages are usually delivered within 3 days to a week. WHY HOLD THIS MONEY 21 DAYS? If this is the case they need to pay us the interest that they receive for OUR MONEY. We are already paying paypal for using their service. Why should they be allowed to receive more of OUR MONEY. This policy is wrong and needs to be fixed. Is this legal?
