I can't use it to renew my subscription on Netflix or buy games on steam, I'm forced to use my Visa directly. Each service just tells me they couldn't get authorization for the funds or it failed to retrieve them.
I don't know when this problem started, just got funds into my account today. Changed my address on both my Bank Account and Paypal to be more accurate, so it should work. Any idea what might be wrong?
