Long story short something was bought on steam I didn't want, so I contacted both parties to see what could be done. Paypal told me theres nothing they could do in this case and money was spent. Steam told me Paypal took the money back and put a lock on my account till they were repaid. Both parties have resolved the issue and will not allow further contact on it. Steam's automated system even blocks me from contacting support on unrelated games. There is no way to contact either party but both claim the other has the payment. What do I do?
