Currently I have about 400 USD in my paypal account and I was planning to buy some stuff today. However, whenever I send the money I get the "We're sorry we can't (...)" and when I try to make purchases online I get another error saying they couldn't conclude the purchase.
I have a verified account, I made a purchase before. I also have a debit card and a bank account currently linked to this paypal account. My phone number and my email are verified. I was thinking about switching to another account meaning that, I will withraw all my money from the paypal to the bank and make a new paypal account and deposit the money there back, do you think this is a good idea? Give me suggestions. I would call the support number but I have a very strong accent that can get in the way easily.
I'm need for help urgently.
