I have been having an intermitent issue with paying Ebay through Paypal. 90% of the time is says something to the effect of it can't complete the transaction, try another payment method. I try another payment method, my debit card, and it says declined. I called my back and they say it is not them. As far as payment methods not being there, that is mainly my primary bank with back-up card. It just seems to disappear as an option, though I can send an e-check using my bank. Pay-after-delivery is also gone more often than not, though it did work about a week ago, then the things above started up again. Anyone have this issue? I have called, and written customer support, only to get either an automated letter or someone who is not a native English speaker and can't seem to understand my problem.
