Payment sent to Visa Card

I transferred my PayPal balance to my Visa Debit Card and it should have only taken 30 minutes or so but is it possible it's not in my bank account because I did it on a weekend? Or could there be another issue?

That depends on your card issuer/bank. Usually, withdrawals to debit cards often take longer than credit cards which only take 3-5 business days.
