Hi, 

Has anyone come across the above Description on your credit card statement? *Protektradi 40******33 CA chanrged my credit card $5.82 however, this was not through my paypal account so im unable to varify or dispute it through my account.

I have no emails from paypal with a receipt/invoice and have no recollection of ever making a payment for this amount.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This number came up when I tried to purchase an item online and they had the Pay Pal logo. They charged me $154.99 and shipped nothing and did not send confirmation email as promised.
