I buy lots of stuff online, and purposefully keep a nice balance in my Paypal account. Occasionally I will go to buy something and Paypal will indicate that the money will be taken from my bank account, rather than my Paypal balance.
I never want this to happen. I only want to use my Paypal balance, which is always sufficient for the purchase amount.
Is this choice, something that is set by the vendor? I do have my Profile preferences set to use my Paypal balance.
Is there something else I need to do to make this happen?
