It used to be good. It worked for all of my transactions where I selected PayPal as the form of payment but ever since they changed the time frame for withdrawing the money from your account from 14 to 10 days...It is beyond rare that it pops up as a selection. For people, like myself, who have a positive payment history, it should work 100% of the time and not pick and choose when it wants to work.
