I have almost always used pay after delivery. Never missed a payment? It just dissapeared about 4 days ago. No help from Paypal. They said they have no idea? Anyone having the same problem?
I'm with you! I just talked to a guy and said I have no restrictions to prevent me from using PAD. The places I used to use PAD no longer comes up as an option. He stated there is criteria their security system looks at...but... couldn't share what that criteria was. Paypal is honestly being unhelpful with this.
