Pay after Delivery

Anyone know why the pay after delivery option won’t show up on any of my items I’m trying to purchase on EBay?

Having the same problem have used numerous times in the past , i went to a item to buy today and pay after delivery was a option. Clicked off it for a second then came back on to buy it and the option is gone. Havent seen it since

I used PAD yesterday on Ebay, today not available, tomorrow praying it will be. There is literally no rhyme or reason the when it works and when it doesn’t. I’ve been using it for years on Ebay, most days it shows up, sometimes it doesn’t and I just wait a day or two and it comes back. I will say this, I commented yesterday in this forum about how unhappy I am that PAD went from 14 days to 10 days just yesterday and then bam, today PAD isn’t available to me. Coincidence?????? You decide.....

May be eBAY can offer PAD

Ebay gets 10-12%,PAYPAL only gets 3%.
