I know this has been asked many times. But why doesn't pay after delivery show up as an option? I have searched and read many posts about this issue. But I haven't found a solid answer other than it only random shows up or whatever. My account is verified and linked to my bank account. I do have it set as my preferred payment option but I don't see it when I try to checkout on an ebay item. Anyways I'd rather not deal with customer service if it's just going to be a hassle, so hopefully someone can help me out here. Thanks...
I myself am going crazy looking for the pay after delivery option. I have checked everything on my account and don't see anywhere it could be. I have tried to make a purchase and don't get the option either, even though i signed up for it. I have looked through forums and nobody seems to have a legit answer to this matter. My account is verified and is at 100%, I have bought and sold things before, so I am qualified for the pay after delivery option. I recieved an email from payapl reminding me of this option and i decided to give it a try. But now that I am actually trying to purchase something and use this option it does not work. How can paypal offer its customers something that in fact does not even function properly. I just find this whole ordeal riddiculous, if anyone has found an answer to this dilemma please let me know.
Ive bought a few things with the PAD delivery option. I know the sellers wayfair and toys r us on Ebay accept it. Anyone know any other sellers or online stores that allowed it?
The seller does not have to accept it paypal decides what you can pay using PAD i sell also and there is no option for ne to accept or deny taking PAD paypal reps dont know what tgey are talking about sellers have to accept it
Sorry auto correct **bleep** up my answer. I am a seller also there is no option for a seller to accept or deny using PAD. Any paypal employee who tells you this does not know what they are talking about the paypal system itself decides what you can use PAD on. Put the item in your cart do not use buy it now go through the cart checkout if PAD is available for that item it will show as a payment option

I just got an e-mail yesterday informing me that Pay After Delivery was available so I signed up for it. Than last night I purchased 2 items, (one item for $12.95 and $3.51) tried to use the Pay After Delivery and it didn't work. Now I have the money taken out of my checking account for the 2 items with two bank charges for $30. because now I'm overdrawn! I called PayPal for an explaination and they told me it wasn't available on all items. So, like the rest of you, I have the question, how do you know BEFOREHAND if you can use the Pay After Delivery option for an item? I asked this of the representative and he sounded like he really didn't know either.
I was trying to purchase 3 items today, and pay after delivery was not an option for any of my purchases today!! I was able to use the pay after delivery for 2 months without any issues, on a variety of items at different price points, until today!!! So I would love for someone to clarify also, when does/doesn't pay after delivery work??! So frustrating.
