ive transfer money from paypal to my bank account last August 31, 2017
but upto no the money still not yet on my BANK account..
before this happened the bank told me to update my bank card to EMV one, and so i did.
(the card account number cvv2 and expdate changed, but the name billing address stay the same)
i asked them what will happen to my pending transaction, the bank says the money will be automatically bounce back to the source which is PAYPAL.
but upto now, it's been 2 weeks and still no good.
the money went missing? this paypal keeps on saying " JUST WAIT" wtf.
i experienced this before but all the problem i got is " wrong name " and i just waited 1 week to make it fixed, but know it's been a while and still no go?
i already did some successfull transactions, but still the 24,000php money still missing?
