I really neeed help.
I was buying stuff on ebay and having no problem, but since yesterday it been imposible to pay with paypal or even with a credit or debit card. The message that appears star like this: "We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment details including your billing address." and "Sorry, this payment option isn't available. Here are your options:
- Select a different payment option.
- Contact PayPal customer service to resolve this issue."
