Nonpayment

I had a lady order something from me and needed it in a hurry. Her payment didnt go through to my shop so she asked me to try PayPal. I sent her a request multiple times on Paypal and she is not answering. This morning in my shop website she send me a message that said, "I'm broke baby."    I'm assuming now that this is a fake email but wanted to report it to Paypal. And, do I have any recourse for nonpayment of a request? Also is there a reason for me to be worried about my account not being secure because of this?

You can't force someone to pay you, just ignore her if you have not sent anything which I doubt you would have done as she has not paid.
