After a transaction is processed and the money is received, there has always been an option to "create shipping label." Since yesterday afternoon, this option has completely disappeared from each transaction. Paypal is also not collecting a fee on each transaction. So, I'm receiving money from people but have no way to create shipping labels (or even see their address). Help!!
