NO ONE IS CALLING BACK AND NOW, WAITING ON THE PHONE

HELLO, I AM NOT TOO SAVY SO NEED YOUR HELP.   I AM HAVING AN EBAY/PAYPAL SITUATION.  I HAVE BEEN WITH PAYPAL/EBAY SINCE 2010 AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.  PAYPAL ALWAYS PICKS UP WITHIN A FEW MINUTES.  HOWEVER, TRIED THEM YESTERDAY AND CLICKED TO HAVE THEM CALL BACK WHILE KEEPING MY PLACE IN LINE WITHIN TWO HOURS.    N E V E R  GOT A CALL BACK AND WAITED HOME ALL DAY.  I AM NOW HOLDING 43 minutes vs. waiting for the call back.  is there something I need to know, now?

 

PLEASE LET ME KNOW, please

5. You can use the message centre in your paypal account.

6. You can ask a question on here (answers from community members normally).
