Hi guys, I live in Malawi and created a PayPal account, verifed my VISA card and all is good. Except that when someone tries to send me money as a payment, the transaction always gets declined. Same thing if I send them a payment request -- transaction denied. Does anyone know if transactions are limited in African countries like mine or is something else happening? Just to clarify, I completed all necessary steps to verify my account. I can send money from my VISA card just fine. I just can't recieve anything. I also had a look on this link (
https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-country-functionality-outside) to see if my country has restrictions on receiving payments, but it says I can receive money. Can I trust this? Can anyone help with what I can do to receive money? Thanks, guys.
