Money transfer problems

Hi. I'm trying to transfer money in to my credit card. My card and bank are linked with my Paypal account. Every time I attempt to transfer the money, it doesn't "save" my card/bank so I have to put the information over and over again. Both website and the app say "your card/bank is linked" but when it comes to choosing an option, neither my card/bank information are there. I had transferred money in to my card/bank before and both are eligible for transferring.

 

Is there something I could do? Does somebody know why it does this?
