I had someone pay $ by using my phone number but my acct is still at $0.00 she screenshot her pmt I tried calling customer service but it keeps hanging up or telling me there is a technical problem. I emailed and didn't get a reply back. I've always received pmts immediately, I don't understand what's going on.
