I sent someone a request for money through PayPal. Haven't done it in some time, but he use to click on the email and click a link to pay as a guest. Then he gets a page where he enters his credit card info. This does not work any longer. Now when he clicks to pay as a guest, the credit card page flashes for less than a second and a page comes up requesting the user sign up for either a personal account or business account. Please help.
