You need to contact the buyer to get some info like the transaction ID of the payment, the email address of the receiving account and the status of the payment (if it still tagged as completed or pending). More likely if it was sent to a different email (mistyped email address) the payment will be tagged as unclaimed. So what you need to do is to link the email address where the money was sent to (which is the incorrect email) and confirm it by contacting the csr reps of paypal then the money will be automatically deposited to your account.
