Hello everyone. Does anyone know if I get PayPal Credit and make a personal payment to someone using PayPal credit am I still charged the standard fee because I'm using credit and not my bank account/PP balance? Thanx

what does the Paypal terms and agreement tell you?
I dont think you can use it to pay friends,it is meant for online purchase only.
someone may come along to confirm or deny it,you are supposed to read and read when you sign up for credit
