Just tried to transfer some founds into a Portuguese account and I’m having issues with it...did the transfer 11days ago and on they PayPal account is not showing the founds available or on they balance...so for now it’s a big -point for paypal.
Thank you, I am not sure what other way to transfer money to my son in Brazil who is in college. Venmo is blocked and Zelle doesnt have his bank. Any other suggestions besides Western Union which I dont want pay the fees.
