I’m relocating from the US to Japan. Is there a way to update my mailing address and bank account information with my new Japanese information? It looks like options are US-based only. Do I need to close my account and open a new one with PayPal Japan?

you can link your US bank account as well as local bank to your new Japan based paypal account,but you can link your credit card to one account,so if you wan to use it in your new account,remove it first from the US paypal account
