International Shipping Error after USPS Rate Change?

Help! 

PayPal wont let me process international 1st class since the USPS rate changes over the weekend, I just get an error. Is this a known problem? Is there a fix for it?

I have had the same problem and it's so annoying. PAYPAL fix this!

I'm having the same error as well. Hopefully the error will resolve tomorrow.

PayPal told me the change was intentional.  They only offer shipping of documents now for first class international packages.   I will lose a lot of international customers because of this change - NOT GOOD PAYPAL!
