I live in the US and need to send money to indial. My only linked card is a credit card. I know there is a fee for this. I the best way to make a payment is to transfer a cash balance in Paypal then make my payment? Will that save me money on transaction fees?
you cannot send cash from your credit card to your paypal account,you can link a bank account and transfer cash from bank to paypal and from paypal to bank.
