I have been trying to make a purchase on Etsy for an item in Russia. I keep encountering this:
Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.
So the seller sent me an invoice, and it still will not allow me to pay:
Sorry, this payment can’t be completed due to regulations.
If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
