Integration with WooCommerce and Shipping Info

Our website processes orders using WooCommerce and we pay for the upgraded Paypal Pro so that people can use their credit cards within the site, or paypal within the site and not have to click the Paypal button to be redirected to Paypal site, because it was confusing customers and we were losing sales. They didn't understand paypal would process credit cards, which is why we pay the upgraded $30/mo for Paypal pro.

However, someone recently processed a "fraud claim" and said they didn't receive their shipment. We supplied the fedex delivery confirmation and Paypal rejected our claim because the shipping info wasn't transferred in from WooCommerce.

We've been in a loop where WooCommerce says it's not their programming and Paypal says we have to use their button (which tends to lose us sales). I have a REALLY HARD TIME, believing that we have to use the button, which major corporations don't do either or face loosing $5,000 because we can't prove shipping info, because it won't come in from our website/woocommerce because of Paypal software.

This is super confusing and I can't believe that any business would put themselves at that kind of risk. This makes NO SENSE.

PAYPAL support lines dont' seem to be any help and tell us different info every time we call in. Basically the last info we receive was "

They say it is common not to have shipping details communicate back to the gateway processor when using a 3rd party plugin/extension. The only way processors will receive the shipping details is if the order is paid for directly within the processors website, in this case using Paypal buttons which redirects to Paypal for payment."

So how do people do it. This can't possibly be the way. Too leave yourself at risk.
