Instant Transfer

I have money in my pay pay balance and need it today.  Is there a way to instantly transfer that balance to my debit card or checking account so I can pay a vendor that doesn't take pay pal?

Using your eligible Visa & MasterCard debit or prepaid card.
* Log in to your PayPal account.
* Click Transfer to your bank below your PayPal balance.
* In the "To" drop down, you will be shown any cards in your wallet that are eligible for processing withdrawals.
* Select where you're transferring the money from, and then select to where you're transferring the money.
* Choose the amount you want to transfer.
* Click Continue.
* Review your request, and then click Transfer.
There is a $0.25 fee to withdraw money using your eligible debit or prepaid card.

Note:

They say the estimated arrival is about 30 minutes however, there's no guarantees - it could take longer as  all transfers are subject to review and could be delayed or stopped if PayPal identifies an issue.

Thank you.  My debit card does not show in the pulldown menu.  How can I set it up in my "wallet"?

If it's not showing, then it may not be considered an eligible card.  There's no options to force it other than contacting customer service and ask them to take a look.
