I made a post already asking why my payment is on hold when it's given to me by a friend as a gift, I need my damn money right now and I don't care how and someone in charge should start replying to me.

Click on help / contact bottom the page in your paypal account, that way you get the correct info for your country.

Or you can email them via the message centre in your paypal account.
