I need help with an accidental payment

So I accidentally put in the wrong bank and the money transferred to another account what can I do to get it back?

Wait - if the transfer is not accepted, the funds will be returned to you - it can possibly take up to 30 days.  If the funds are accepted, then you will need to contact the bank for assistance.

I sent money to the wrong friend. He was never asked to accept it but its in his account and his account won't let him send it back and since it's in his accountI can't cancel it. Is there any way for him to decline it.
